Good grill, but shipping was a bit slow

Compared to my old Pit Boss, this Z Grills grill is a solid upgrade, especially for the price. I snagged a grill tool set with a percentage off deal, which was a nice bonus. The grill itself cooks really evenly, and it's definitely a step up in terms of build quality. My one issue was that the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, even after getting the shipping confirmation. It eventually arrived well-packaged, but the wait was a little frustrating. Assembly wasn't too bad, it came mostly put together, just needed a few attachments. Overall, happy with the purchase despite the delivery time.

Got a grill, it's good

So I needed a new grill and heard good things about Z Grills. Picked up one of their portable pellet grills. It showed up pretty quick, no drama. Fired it up, cooked some burgers, tasted great. Easy to use, which is a plus for me. Seems like a decent grill, does what it's supposed to. Happy with it.

Love my new grill!

Oh my goodness, I just got my 550 series pellet grill and it's amazing! The package arrived so fast, I was really surprised. Setting it up was super easy too, I had it ready in no time. I already smoked a brisket on it, and it turned out absolutely perfect, the flavor was incredible. I'm so happy with this purchase, I can't wait to try more recipes. I'm telling all my friends about Z Grills, they need to get one of these!

Solid grill, good support

I ordered a 700 series pellet grill back in May. The ordering process on their site was pretty straightforward, no issues there. It shipped out quicker than I expected, took about 6 days to reach me in Arizona, which was nice. When it arrived, one of the casters was bent. I contacted their support, and they responded within a day. They sent a replacement part right away, no fuss, and it arrived a few days later. Assembly was easy enough, even with the small hiccup. The grill itself works great; I've used it for smoking ribs and grilling chicken, and everything came out perfectly. The build quality feels sturdy, not flimsy at all. Overall, a good experience, and I appreciated the quick resolution to the bent part.

Decent grill, minor shipping issue

I bought a 1000 series pellet grill during a holiday sale. The price was competitive, and the grill itself has been performing well for both smoking and grilling. It's definitely versatile. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, about 8 days to get to the Midwest, and the box had a small dent, though the grill inside was fine. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping delay, which was good. The assembly instructions were clear enough. It's a solid grill for the price point, but they could probably improve on shipping speed or packaging robustness a bit.

Quick shipping, happy with purchase

Got a 450 series pellet grill. Shipped fast. Works as described. Good value for the money. Would buy again.

Consistent quality, reliable

This is my third purchase from Z Grills, this time I got a new set of grill grates and a thermal blanket. As always, the order was processed smoothly and shipped out quickly. I've had my 700 series grill for a couple of years now, and it's been super reliable, which is why I keep coming back for accessories. The quality of their products is consistently good, matching up with my previous experiences with them. They're a dependable brand for sure.
